Getting Started with Avaya IX Workplace on iOS

Avaya IX Workplace is a software application (softphone) that runs on your computer or mobile device that can augment your desktop phone or replace it completely. The software application is a great way to take your phone with you as you travel around campus.  

 

Get the mobile app: Apple App Store.

Open the Avaya IX Workplace App.

  1. Accept the EULA (End User License Agreement)

 

2. Select the option to “Configure my Account”

3.  Enter your TCC email address

4. Enter your TCC email address and password then click next

 

5. Click “OK” after reading the “Disclaimer for Emergency Calls”

6. Complete the Quick Tutorial
