Getting Started with Avaya IX Workplace on Window 10

Avaya IX Workplace is a software application (softphone) that runs on your computer or mobile device that can augment your desktop phone or replace it completely.   

Get the Windows 10 app

  1. Navigate to the installation file 

  1. Double click the installation file to open 

  1. Click Next 

 

  1. Accept the EULA (End User License Agreement) and click Next 

 

  1. Click Next 

 

  1. Click Next 

 

  1. Choose language and click Next 

 

  1. Click Install (will need local Administrator privileges) 

 

  1. Click Finish 

 

  1. Click Configure my account 

 

  1. Enter your TCC email address 

     

  1. Enter your TCC email address and password 

 

  1. Complete the Quick Tutorial
