How to un-forward Your Office Phone with Avaya IX Workplace

1.  Your profile picture icon will have a blue arrow indicating your office phone has been forwarded. Click your profile picture

2.  Turn off the Forward Calls button

3.  Click Done to exit Avaya IX Workplace app to return to the main menu
