How to Schedule an Appointment using Bookings

You can now schedule support sessions with an IT Specialist. These sessions are one on one sessions to help you with support on a variety of issues that may arise or just to answer questions that you may have. We offer a variety of topics to choose from such as Canvas, Avaya Workplace, One Drive, Microsoft Teams, and other topics along with IT Support sessions with our IT Technicians and face to face support at the Help Desk window. To book your appointment follow the instructions below.

1. Navigate to the Bookings Page: https://www.tcc.fl.edu/it-drop-in

2. On the IT Drop-In Support page, select the appropriate support session 

3. Once you choose your session, you will now be able to choose a date and a time to schedule your appointment. You will also need to fill in the Add your details portion and click Book when you are ready to book your session.

4. When completed, you should get a Thank you for booking with us!

5. You will then receive an email confirming your scheduled booking. If needed, there is an option below the calendar date and time to Mange the booking.
