A Conference Transfer allows you to talk to the person you want to transfer a caller to before the transfer is made. Follow these steps to do a conference transfer using Avaya IX Workplace for iOS and Android.
1. While on a call, tap the three dots at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap the Add Someone to Call button.
3. Tap Enter a number.
4. Enter the number and tap the phone button.
5. Once the additional person answers the call and you are ready to complete the conference transfer, you will need to merge the calls into a Conference. Tap the Complete Addition button to connect everyone.
Note: If the additional person does not answer or to cancel the transfer and return to the original call:
A. Tap the end call button.
B. Then tap Resume to return to the original call.
6. To complete the Conference Transfer and allow the other two callers to remain on the call, tap the end call button.
