All cases will be kept confidential within the parties involved, who may include: the reporter of the incident, the Office of Student Conduct, and the Associate Vice President of Students Services (should you complete an appeal). Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), parents, guardians, and/or family members will not be notified unless the student has signed a waiver.
