Who can proctor my tests and exams while attending TCC's Distance Learning Classes?

Proctors are individuals who are responsible for supervising you as you take an exam. Proctors are needed to ensure educational integrity while the student is taking the exam. Examples of acceptable proctors are:

  • College testing center personnel
  • Military Education Officer
  • Librarian
  • Private Testing Service Business; For example: Sylvan Learning Center
  • Relatives, friends, or co-workers are NOT eligible to proctor exams.

If you have questions about proctor arrangements, call (850) 201-8282. The Testing Center maintains an Active List of Proctors. You can also print and fill out a "Proctor Registration Form" at least three days prior to taking the exam.
