1. From a browser sign in to your Myprofile account from https://myprofile.microsoft.com/ page.
2. On the MyProfile page
a. Select Security info from the left navigation pane
3. On the Security info page
a. Select Add method
4. On the Add a method page
a. Click the drop-down list arrow
b. Select Security questions
5. Select Add
6. On the Security questions page, choose and answer your security questions, and then select Done
