Hardware will have issues for a variety of reasons. Information Technology technicians are available to provide in depth troubleshooting for all College owned hardware, such as, computers, tablets, laptops, projectors, and other related devices.  

This service is used to report issues with College owned devices.

Faculty, Staff, Students

What are the expected response times for this service?

In most cases, you can expect a response within one business day and a resolution within three business days.
