A shared email account is an account not tied to a single person. Shared email accounts are useful for departments and recognized groups on campus that require a non-user email address.

Faculty, Staff

*** This request must be submitted by the individual's Supervisor or the Account Manager of the requested Email account.


What are the expected response times for this service?
In most cases, you can expect to receive a response within one hour and a resolution within three business days.
