I would like to check the status of my financial aid award

If you do not see your financial aid award posted in your TCC Workday Student Account or if you have a question about your award, then you may ask it here by clicking the Ask a Question button.

Current students may submit and track your specific enrollment or student record related question. An Enrollment Customer Service Representative will respond to you as soon as possible. The online tool provides an alternative to calling or coming in person for assistance. 

Please be aware questions are responded to on a first-come, first-served basis within two business days during normal business hours. If you need more immediate assistance, you may choose to contact us directly by phone or in-person. To help us expedite service, please submit only one ticket per issue/inquiry.
