What is this service?

This service is to report issues accessing files from shared drives, e.g. Departmental Docs (G:), TCC OneDrive (O:), or any other network drive that you have access to.


Who is this service available to?

Faculty, Staff, Students


What are the expected response times for this service?

In most cases, you should receive a response from a technician with one business day and a resolution within three business days.
