Request Photography Services

What is this service?

Request that photos be taken of a TCC event, program or activity of interest to the general public. Generally, Communications & Marketing staff will recommend a professional photographer for these occasions. Such services may involve a financial commitment from your department. For certain events of significant interest to the public, C & M staff may take photographs.

NOTE: The Communications and Marketing Department does not have a photographer on staff and is also unable to support individual video project requests. The Department can suggest free-lance vendors to support photography and videography needs.

How far in advance should I request this service?

Let us know about the event at least three weeks in advance. Additional lead time is preferred.

What is the expected response time for this service?

In most cases, you can expect a response within 48 hours. We typically need at least three weeks notice to photograph an event. We are only able to photograph a limited number of events and only those that will be of interest to a large audience.
