The TCC Admissions/Records Office is here to help you with the admissions process, every step of the way. Review our most frequently asked questions. The Admissions and Records office provides important services that include, but are not limited to, processing applications for admission, evaluating high school transcripts and college transcripts for transfer credit, granting permission for international students to study at the College, and certifying graduation.
Academic Advising provides students with information and skills that enable them to critically assess their goals, develop a comprehensive plan of study that culminates in certification, licensure, and/or graduation, create a schedule for progressing through the plan, and monitor the results of that plan.
The TCC Financial Aid Office is dedicated to helping each student find the best ways to secure federal, state, and institutional financial aid to achieve their degree. The Financial Aid Office assists students whose personal and family resources are not adequate to cover the costs involved in attending TCC by:
• Processing financial aid forms to determine eligibility for grants, loans, and work-study employment
• Advising students regarding financial aid and money management
• Providing information on part-time employment, both on- and off-campus
• Offering assistance in obtaining information about scholarships
Student Services provides opportunities for students to get connected with the campus community. All students can make important contributions to the enhancement of activity programs that benefit both the College and individual students. Co-curricular activities are an important part of the total educational experience at the College. Students have the opportunity to plan and implement those activities, which complement the curricular programs of the institution. Activities currently include intramural sports, fitness gym, aerobics classes, concerts, lectures, drama, clubs, visual arts, socials, Brain Bowl, band, forensics, Model United Nations, student government and volunteerism.
