What do I do if I don't have an academic advisor listed in Workday?

If you have not been assigned an academic advisor in your Workday account, in the TCC Advisor Connection section, then you should use the Eagle Q advising call back system.

An Academic Advisor will call you by phone when you join our virtual line.

Be sure to include your cell phone number and your advising need.  When you receive a text that you have been summoned, you will receive a call soon after from a TCC advisor. 

When the wait time is greater than one hour, we close EagleQ and reopen once we catch back up.  If this happens, then you will need to try again at a later time.  The message will say "temporarily unavailable" and to check back.

Advisors are available Monday-Thursday from 9am - 5pm and Friday from 9am - 4pm.

EagleQ is powered by an app called QLess in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
