Notice of charges and alleged offenses are issued in letter form via e-mail to your TCC student e-mail account within five (5) business days from the receipt of an incident report or written statement to our office. You have ten (10) days to respond to the letter by scheduling an appointment with the Office of Student Conduct. During this time, a Disciplinary Hold is placed on your Workday student account. Disruptive behavior can be defined as behavior that substantially or repeatedly interferes with the instructor’s ability to conduct class or other students’ ability to learn. All students are expected to uphold the Student Code of Conduct; any violation of the Code of Conduct may be reported to the Office of Student Conduct.
