Employee Instructions to Acknowledging Your Goals

1. From the Workday home screen Employee will receive in their Inbox:
   a. Acknowledge Employee Goals: Manage Goals: Employees Name
   b. Click Go to Inbox


2. On the Inbox page
   a. Under Actions
   b. Click Acknowledge Employee Goals: Manage Goals
   c. Click My Goals

3. On the View Goal page
   a. Compare the goal in Workday to the goal on your most recent evaluation on the Talent Management System Documentation
   b. If the goals match, click the Inbox icon


4.  On the Complete To Do Acknowledge Employee Goals page
     a. Provide your comment “I have reviewed the goal as presented" or "The provided goal is incorrect, and should appear as follows: (Provide correct goal in detail)"
     b. Click Submit


5.  On the Complete To Do Acknowledge Employee Goals page
    a. Click Done

 

Employees having concerns about goals, should contact their manager at once, to schedule a meeting to discuss their concerns.
