Getting Started with Avaya IX Workplace on macOS

Avaya IX Workplace is a software application (softphone) that runs on your computer or mobile device that can augment your desktop phone or replace it completely.  

Get the MacOS App 

2. Navigate to the installation file and double click to open

3. Click on Install 

4. Click Open

5. Click Continue

6. Click Continue

7. Select language, read the license agreement and click Continue.

8. To continue, Click Agree

9. Click Install

10. If prompted, enter your user name and password.

11. Once the installation is complete, click Close.

  1. Click Configure my account 

 

  1. Enter your TCC email address 

     

  1. Enter your TCC email address and password 

 

  1. Complete the Quick Tutorial
